Vivienne is an MIT grad with a mix of experience in traditional line/P&L roles, global category roles, and marketing excellence/capability-focused roles at Procter & Gamble. Vivienne worked directly for the P&G Chief Marketing Officer Jim Stengel and operated as his chief of staff where she used her organizational development/coaching skills as co-leader of the Global Marketing Leadership Team. She has extensive experience working globally, including a 3-year assignment in Japan focused on marketing capability building for Asia. Now working as an independent growth consultant, Vivienne helps businesses, individuals, and teams who want to move from good to great to unlock their potential and discover new possibilities.


Vivienne also has broad experience working with non-profit organizations and in a faith-based context, so she is able to apply her individualized coaching skills to help churches, faith-based organizations, and other non-profit organizations. She is a co-founder of Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, Ohio www.crossroads.net which one of the largest and fastest growing churches in the US with over 25,000 people attending on weekends and is a board member on a number of non-profit boards.  Most recently, Vivienne launched her own non-profit called the Red Tent for 200+ women who want to change the world by helping women & children in poverty globally...check out the Red Tent website at www.goredtent.org OR on Facebook www.facebook.com/goredtent.  


Vivienne is married to Jim Bechtold, who leads the family entertainment movement in the advertising/marketing industry, and has three children that she is very proud of - Tori, David and Jonathan - Go Tar Heels! Go Blue! Go Eagles!
